I've been a member of State Farm for about 16 years now and I love it they have really good rates and the more you bundle the more you save. Dean shorb has a very good nice kind and friendly staff keep up the good work guys. They are very personable they remember you parts about your life your kids your fiance or husband etc etc etc.

Unfortunately they don't tell you that they had issue with a direct payment that they had been getting for a year. Well not until I need the policy due to an accident that is... agent blames company, company blames agent.. either way, I didn't find out until I tried using my insurance. Worst office and company I'd ever had to deal with.. oh but they are so nice when taking your money. Other way around when u need their help. I am so glad I'd already changed the rest of my policies to nationwide. Never again state farm.

Never had an issue. I go in maybe once a year if that. They know me by name. Tell me a place that does business where they know their customers, even the ones that hardly deal with them face to face. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Top notch people!
