After being a commercial customer for over 25 years with no complaints, I was completely mistreated when I tried to end my policy. I am changing my business as I begin to limit everything with COVID and nearing retirement. They wouldn't refund ANYTHING with the workers comp audit as they should have and didn't cancel my policy when I asked even turning my account over to a collection agency for coverage that was AFTER my request to cancel.They changed from the agency that I had bragged on for years to greedy leaches in the last few years!
I been with DDHT for many years. I never had a problem with any of my experiences with them. The agents are very polite, kind & courteous. I would recommend any one to do business with DDHT.
