Horrible communication. Started with my auto policy. Stated I wanted monthly payment was signed up for one payment. Problem was fixed after a few emails. Got a home owners policy. Had the house for 1.5 month then I get a notification that my policy is going to be cancelled if some stuff wasn't fixed by the end of the month. Would have been nice to a month and half ago that these needs to be addressed. Asked for help and more time since everyone is booked out for 3 or more weeks. They told there's nothing they can do. Called the insurance company was told different. They said if I get a contract saying work will be completed by a certain time my policy might not be cancelled. Wanted to work with someone local and it usual works out but not here. Buyer beware
