I normally don't leave reviews but I do read them. Recently I was in a car accident Lara really stepped up and took charge of the process. After calling the corporate office I didn't agree with what I was told. Anyone who has called a corporate office you know what I mean. You're treated like an inconvenienced number. I called Lara and explained my situation, we created a 3way call back. From that point I didn't speak much Lara did. By the end of the call I felt like we were headed in the right direction. Come to find out we were. Never had another problem moving forward. Checks were cut fast, calls were responded to quickly, answers were very prompt. No one could have predicted COVID and the delay of getting parts. The rental car needed was extended out because of it. I had something to g
