I absolutely LOVE ❤️ my insurance company!!!!! ALL STATE! I switched from , a different agency quite a while ago. And I must say there is major comparison in the two companies, and the STAFF that comes along with it. Every employee there at Allstate, is willing to jump in and do whatever they can ,to help you try to get the best out of your insurance, policy.
We were with All State for 10 years. Then our agency closed down from retirement. So they moved us to Dawn. When ever I called she was never helpful. We added our 16yr son and the price jump 300% not Dawns fault. But, I ask what we could do to save some money and she said nothing she could do. So I had to do it all on the app by my self. Then we canceled and moved to a new insurance. And she didn’t even take the time to cancel my policy. Even tho both me and my new agent called her and emailed her. I would be careful if you don’t live in Price. She will not care about your needed. Worst agent I have ever worked with.
Dawn is wonderful and goes the extra mile, her agency is a fun place to visit and did I say great service
