Hey Coos County, Here's some REAL feedback about my actual experience with this agency. My parents and I used this agency for years, and it seemed okay until I got hit by an uninsured motorist on September 3, 2013. Insurance split my checks on my totaled vehicle in such a way that I was unable to purchase a vehicle as good as the one totaled. I was hurt and proved injury through Doctor Burt's medical practice; all the while, Safeco tried to minimize my injury. Turns out I have a crushed disc in my neck that was inoperable and causes constant headaches.
