I was a loyal customer for the past 5 years atleast, but this year I had my 4th baby as a single mom & you added a new baby but didn't give me my stimulus for her or even ask if I received it so I ended up having to amend my taxes. Since I amended now I don't get the 3rd stimulus until it's accepted which is 16 weeks atleast if I even get it now & don't have to wait til next tax time. I needed that to get us a home. You have no idea what that one mistake caused for us.

Don’t request this place to do your tax return, better luck trying at other place. Complete ripoff only wants to be favored by the government. Complete rush of tax return and will take advantage of you if you’re clueless about the process.
