Been here for over 10 years and they have ALWAYS took great care of me and my family. Home and multiple car policy going back to when my teenage daughters started driving and their rates were always reasonable and coverage was best around. Had major storm and water damage to roof last year and they made the Claim Process as simple and straight forward as possible. Got reimbursed quickly and they supported me through the whole process. Cant say enough about them.

This is a really nice agency. Very friendly staff, inviting and open office. Dave helped me save a lot of money compared to my other carrier. I recommend stopping by just for an inquiry or friendly chat about insurance.

Have been a loyal customer with Wagner agency for last some years. Recently moved from them to another insurance company due to out-of-the line prices quoted. They got mad and reported to credit collection for the last remaining balance just after one month of changing. Totally unacceptable and unnecessary! As an agent they could have simply followed up with me and reminded me for the payment. Never going back to them. If you want to avoid bad surprises like me, stay away!

Have been a customer with David Wagner allstate for 10 years. In that time I've made almost no claims. In 2022 I had a total loss on my vehicle they paid that claim. The damage was not enough to change my title status to salaved but enough where the value of the repair exceeded what they believed the vehicle was worth.A year later I went to insure my clean titled vehicle with full coverage. The uneducated insurance agent failed to inform me that a previously insured vehicle that had a claim paid was no longer able to be insured for full coverage even though the title was green. She told me I was covered for full coverage with comp. She then insured my vehicle for plpd only and didn't let me know. 4 months later I hit a deer, this is when I learned that my $10000 vehicle has been driving a
