David Schuman: Allstate Insurance

I have been a good customer of this agency for 15 years. No claims and always paid on time. I requested a change and they made an error that they refuse to correct. They are good at throwing out a lot of “statutes “ but don’t seem to listen to the fact they made the error. Don’t use this agency or Allstate for your flood insurance.

Maybe it’s just me, but I had horrible service from this Agency. I emailed and called them trying to get a quote for a homeowner’s policy on a new house that I was in contract to buy. They never responded. After I found another insurance company who actually responded to my emails and calls, I called the Schuman office to cancel my existing policies with Allstate. They couldn’t have cared less. Allstate is a world class insurance company, but if you want to use Allstate, I recommend that you use a different agency.
