For roughly 2 years I have been Insured through David Rozeff Insurance. In most cases I have dealt with Brenda Rios and have always been greeted with with exceptional customer service .DR State Farm Insurance has Great rates, prompt and polite customer service, and great coverage options. In my experience, claims are processed quickly and with professionalism. I honestly can't think of any bad experience I have had with this agency. Every insurance company in the country should look to David Roseff Insurance Agency as a model of how to operate. If you visit the Agency be sure to ask for Brenda Rios to find out for yourself. Great agent! Policy increases aren’t up to him, however this office has great customer service and are doing their best with providing discounts due to state increase. (:

I know this may be a little bit wierd...but i'm actually the same Wanda from earlier... i was in a bad place at that time in my life when i said such horrible things of Brenda from state farm.. i'm actually 36 years old and was going thru a divorce and alot of other unexpected devastation in my life.. The bottle or bottles was my answer to it all....Drink your sorrows away..as they say.. but No , that wasn't the answer and either was bashing an innocent person that was obviously getting the backlash from my tremendous emotional wreckage. I apologize from the deepest core in my soul and heart and hope that she could find it in her to forgive me. she was nothing but helpful and patient....

He is OK. I've been with him for more than 5 years, and I have never seen him; i think that says a lot about him. Policy $ keeps increasing, and I guess that's normal. Policy price increases, and salaries stay the same.
