David & Stephanie provided very good services to resolve a policy renewal difficulty. The policy renewal delay issue was with the State Farm underwriting unit and not with David and Stephanie’s office. However, David & Stephanie’s prompt intervention and professional attention was the reason the policy was successfully renewed. Their time and attention is much appreciated for a successful conclusion.

Karen provided the best customer service. I had an issue on renewing my car insurance policy (to no fault of this office). With only days from coverage expiration date, I contacted the office and was connected to Karen's extension. In matter of days, Karen not only renewed my policy but also got me a lower premium. Her, going above and beyond ended up saving me money and a plethora of issues. Her superb customer service reflects her professionalism and dedication to her customers.

We were looking to compare prices of business policy’s because the carrier we had for 10 years almost doubled in cost from 1 year to the next with 0 claims. So One of the insurance companies we called was State Farm insurance in downtown Sykesville Md, Dave Rosario’s office. Jessie worked with us for a few days and came up with a policy that was equal in value for a really competitive fair cost. She went above and beyond answered all of our questions and was so pleasant and friendly to work with. She communicated back-and-forth with us promptly on every issue.
