They are horrible. They upped my rates over and over again without notifying me of the changes. Finally I bailed when they wanted to charge me $14,000/year to insure three cars. Watch yourself with them because they aren't watching out for you. I'm done being ripped off by this insurance agent. Good riddance.
After my progressive rate going up almost $100 I started shopping around. Lynne was able to get me exactly where I wanted to be and gave me more coverage! Was so pleased I even switched over my home owners insurance. Thank you Lynne
