I have had AmFam for over twenty years. My aunt had it for a long time also. She passed away. I’m the executor of her estate. After her passing I emailed the agent my contact information along with the required documentation. He called me and had me verbally give him everything that I had already emailed. When I asked why he didn’t have that documented prior to calling me he got rude and defensive. Said he could get that organized but then it would be a couple days before he could call me back. I've been an AmFam customer for years, but I transferred to the David Pierce agency shortly after moving to Edgerton. I was pleasantly surprised to find that his customer service is leaps and bounds better than the last agency I got my insurance through. I mean, this guy is insanely easy to work with - not only that, but Virgene, the agent assistant, is on the ball, too. I know that I'm taken care of with them! I love the fact that whenever I call, for whatever reason, they are there to take care of me and it's done in a timely fashion. I've yet to call them and have to wait for a response. They get the job done and I couldn't be happier!
