Not only were these people extremely rude but Tim Gill tried to charge me $125 increase in premiums on a policy that was canceled 15 days prior. I was not notified of said cancelation, only finding out when I called to renew my policy. Policy had been paid in full for 1 year, set to expire May 16, 2025. I called David Martin Insurance Agency on May 2nd, 2025 to renew policy only to be told that I owed $125 to change my address, due immediately. It was then that Tim Gill informed me that my coverage had been canceled on April 24th. How am I being charged $125 on a policy that was canceled 10-15 days prior? Mr. Gill tried to imply that I was notified of the cancelation. If that were true, why would I call on 5/2 to renew the policy if i knew it was canceled? That makes no sense! I called
