I have been a customer since July of 1998. The first ten years I had to call because they didn't correctly arrange payment with the insurance companies. I would get letter from my mortgage company saying they would charge me for flood ins if I didn't pay. All along I paid it over the course of the year in escrow. I got flooded out in Sep 2024. They misspelled my email address on the claim. It is 6-16-2025 and my claim is still not finished. The adjuster use the email they provided and I never received documents he sent. I have never once received any kind of a thank you or a apology from this company in almost 30 years. They collect a fee and that is it. I feel like a idiot staying, but I was busy filled with life's busyness and just would call to get them correct it first 10 mayb
