David is an excellent source of honest, up-to-date and reliable information. I had called him to shop for a policy, and even though we realized from the get-go that he was unable to sell one to me (since I didn't have long enough driving record), he still gave me a ton of information, made a great recommendation to a different agent, and guided me on how to avoid the "big company" tricks and gimmicks. David helped me put together a policy with all the options that would suit my unique needs, and then handed me off gracefully to the agent that would ultimately sell me my policy. A class act mentch!

Although Mr. Kievman responds to your calls promptly (hence the 2 star rating)-- that’s about the only thing going for him. Once he represents you and profits from you, he takes no interest in your insurance needs. He never reaches out to you annually or even bi-annually to see if your needs have changed....even though this is something Allstate recommends. If you want someone who follows up on insurance issues and cares about you, I suggest you find a different agent.
