Unfortunately I was involved in a car accident and even though State Farm is not the liable company, David has gone out of his way to help me through this very stressful time. I highly recommend David and his staff for any insurance needs. Thanks so much David!
Called and spoke with agent was told that his customer said she doesn’t remember hitting my car in the parking lot so therefor they probably won’t pay for the claim. I filed a police report and it says her door lined up with the dent she left in my car. David was rude and not very helpful at all. So I guess as long as your a customer of his and you don’t remember having an accident it’s ok and never your fault. What a joke!!!
Unreasonable price hikes with no warning! No good explanation for $50/mo price increase! Lifetime customer is lost
