We recently made the switch over to State Farm due to a policy increase with our previous provider. Shannon provided us with easy to understand quotes. She was patient with any questions we had throughout the switchover. Highly recommend this team!

Donna was a very welcome voice for State Farm after getting e-mails that were confusing and seemed to me to border on being hostel to my choice insurance companies. Just so you know, I have been on a State Farm policy since I turned 14 (Florida issued learner's permits in those days. I am now 75 and have 4 cars, our home and a renters policy for our youngest son under your coverage umbrella. Donna was patient and very helpful in her guidance about how I could manage the policies. FYI I am retired and have split the expenses with my wife, who is still employed to cover our obligations. the SSA check hits my bank account on the 4th Wednesday of each month so bill timing is critical for us to keep our investment holdings in tact for as long as we can. Donna understood and made suggestion
