David Ginsberg: Allstate Insurance

Peter and Wendy are great to work with. They listen and show that they really care. Whenever I call the office, they answered right away. My concerns are addressed promptly. They always follow up with an email to make sure my needs were met and if there's anything else they may help with. I have been with them for several years and will recommend them to everyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!!! We spoke with agent, David Ginsberg today, who threatened to cancel our insurance because he did not agree with how the conversation was going. We received a cancellation letter, although our insurance was paid by my bank TWICE after this agency lost our first payment due to their disorganization. Note: It is illegal to retaliate against a customer and threaten to cancel their services for no reason, and will result in a law suit. David Ginsberg is extremely rude and unprofessional, and will attempt to created a hostile bullying conversation. Please refrain from using this individual if you want to keep your property insured. Spend your hard earned money on an agency that will respect you as a customer as well as your property.

My experience with this office has been great. Peter worked hard to find me more affordable house and auto insurance. Anytime I have had questions Peter has replied in a timely manner.

Very, very poor customer service. I have been with this agency for over 5 years. During this time, I have called numerous times to get advice, information, updates, etc. I am almost always told someone will call me back, but they seldom do. You are just a number and premium $$$ to this agency. Bottom line, I have requested Allstate to change my Agency of choice. Hope you have a better experience than me.

After State Farm decided to unreasonably raise my homeowner's insurance rates years ago, I decided to dump their car insurance, too. I found David Ginsberg's office and have been very satisfied with their customer service. They got my family a great rate on car insurance and found us multiple homeowner's insurance options. Friendly folks who answer the phone AND call me back. Very responsive, never pushy.
