I cannot imagine what the reviewers who gave low scores are going on about. A couple of them mention what seems to be a dispute with an employee, and the company responded to two poor reviews saying they didn't appear to be customers of theirs. We have used these folks for years for our home and auto insurance. They've always been responsive, they have switched providers for us when it resulted in a better rate, and for the couple of claims we had owning four old cars over the last 20 years, the service we've gotten in resolving our claims has been exemplary - quick, no argument, in one case medical expenses from having been rear-ended and our car being a total loss, and in a more recent instance, the catalytic converter being stolen from one of our cars when it was parked overnight in

I'm switching to another insurance service after hearing the news on Sugell Bakir. Can't believe they would keep a woman this cruel. I have loved this company for a long time and would only reconsider coming back if they let her go and apologize.
