David Frisby: Allstate Insurance

Absolutely zero help with giving me the simple information I needed as an extremely long time customer with Allstate. It doesn't matter what branch I started with, it's all the same company, the individual I spoke with was very ignorant and lazy and apparently to incapable of answering my very simple questions. Thanks to Laura at Allstate customer service, I got exactly what I needed. Even Laura laughed when I told her about the laziness of the Madera office and apologized on their behalf.

I've been with Allstate insurance for over 10 years, this agent has been very good to us. every time we needed something simple or questions asked his staff will go out other way to help us. For an example, it is impossible to get a hold of the claims department. His staff actually made an effort to have one of the claims department associates get a hold of us when we needed them or talk to supervisor in claims. At the end of the day. Makes me kind of sad that this agent is no longer with Allstate.

The front counter girl has terrible customer service skills. I went in there asking to get help on a claim and she told me that they could not do anything for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me she was busy. I drove down the street to the other Allstate agency on Howard, Dave Thomas, the staff there was amazing and was able to fix my claim issue withing 1 day. My claim issue had been going for almost 30 days.

So I've been with them awhile. And honestly at times I've been at the end of someone's bad day or something because off one bad experience with a rude person. But what difference a day makes as they say. I just got off the phone with Reyna and man what a patient, pleasant, professional and caring associate she is. Not only did she patiently help me figure out a lower rate for my renewal coming up, but the customer service experience aspect was off the charts. A five star experience no doubt! Kudos to David s staffing .

The Fresno staff used to be so much nicer and professional! Always helped me with all my concerns and they were always on top of everything! The new Madera staff is the WORST! Have talked to a few and they are so rude and unprofessional! They don’t get back to me until I have to call for an update and than they get mad!
