I have been a customer for many years and although I noticed many increases over the years, I love the great customer services with patience, honesty and kindness that I always receive. Chrisitan has been my agent associate for years and I couldn't ask for better excellent personality and service that she provide me and my family every single time and nothing has ever changed over the years. Many more should model her as a role model, but I must say if she is not available any other associate that takes my call also gives me good services. Nayra is so helpful and PROACTIVE, she was great to go through the application process with me and make sure everything was correct. Also when I made a change on the app replacing a car, she called me right away to make sure everything was done correctly. Customer service at the highest level. You cannot go wrong here.

I have been with State Farm since the '80s. Recently I needed to add a policy to my account and Ms. Landie Dauphine assisted me with the new policy.
