Most horrible experience I've ever had with an insurance company. They reported me to the DMV after my car broke down in the middle of a snow storm. It had to stay stored for the winter so I paused the coverage ( it had no motor). I started getting threatening letters from DMV. They thought the car was on the road with no insurance! They suspended my registration! A nightmare. All for lack of proper communication. It felt vengeful, caused me so much trouble. Plus $53 a month more expensive than Progressive. You've been warned.

She got us a quote promptly, walked through all the options we had in ensuring we have the right level of coverage, while still making sure we end up with a competitive premium. We were satisfied so much so that we ended up changing our homeowners insurance to work with them on that as well the following week where she beat our previous rate by ~40%.

Don't waste your time going there. Very unprofessional. Asking hundreds questions after keeping you waiting there for long time and than will tell you they can't help you. They only looking for people without knowledge so they can sell them expensive policy.
