David Chen Insurance & Real Estate Inc

I run a small business and was seeking insurance. They were incredibly rude to me on the phone, and hung up on me multiple times. I do not recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional service to interact with David or anyone from this company.

The worst customer service I have seen in my life! My friend had a car accident and asked for the office to assist him with the claim because he did not speak English. The guy who picked up the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. He said it is not his problem and told my friend to call Progressive diectly even though the office was listed as his agent. He was also yelling at my friend and asked why he called his office instead of calling Progressive directly . The only reason my friend went with Progressive is because he is a Chinese speaking agent. I hope David Chen's office will see this complain that I have and work to correct this problem because if not, I am sure Progressive will start to loose customer because of agent that are rude to them.

David was very helpful and explained all coverage I had been turned down by State Farm & Hartford but David was able find a insurance provider for me thanks 🙏🏻

What a breath of fresh air. David does not specialize in HOA insurance. He didn't try to fake it, instead referred me to someone who does. I contacted that person n I'm very happy

They are mistake proned. They also didn't tell me about the coverage on "loss assessment" on my insurance and I almost had to pay out of pocket for the damages.
