Moved here from WA and asked for them to transfer my policy. The young guy at the office told me to call back the next day instead of taking the information for the quoter. The quoter called me the next day, but got mixed up and I had to call back several more times to get insurance. About two weeks to get a quote. Started getting random calls/emails from Progressive about my policy. Then State Farm calls me about never receiving a payment, turns out didn't send my information to the mortgage company so I ended up with a policy from Progressive. Told them to have the Agent call me as the office staff was constantly making these types of errors, and he never did. They will cut your insurance off without telling you. Then they won't even respond after you find out. Went 4 months without insurance and didn't find out until there was a minor incident. Would not recommend. Also, having friends or family give a five star review on Google for the ratings is really low and false advertising in my opinion.
