This has been the only insurance company I've ever delt with and they've taken care of everything I've needed with my car. They went out of their way to find programs to give me a decent rate when I first got my license. 12 years and a few claims later, my rates never gone up. Call this office if want agents that'll make things easier.

I feel like I have been getting the run around on my refund of an overpayment. The overpayment was not my fault but Allstate is only supposed to give me a partial refund. Because of this we will be getting different insurance. We are waiting because we will be bundling our house and car insurance into one. But because of this issue it will not be with Allstate.
