Attached you'll find three pictures of a text exchange between me and their agent, Tom Fishkin. I tried working with Tom a year ago, but he was unresponsive. So when Tom texted me today, I was not interested and expressed that. He then seemingly didn't know who he was even communicating with. By the end of the conversation, you'll see his response is simply "call someone who cares".

I’m so disappointed to have to write a review about this company because my mom went with them for over 20 years before her passing. Trying to get things switched over has been a nightmare with this company. They have hit me with so many unnecessary fees. I’ve called 3 times the past week to try and cancel bc I purchased a new vehicle and all three times inga or Alexis are in “meetings”. Save your sanity and just go with a different company. Where they actually communicate with you.

This is by far the worst insurance agency I've even had to deal with. I was sold an HO1 homeowners policy back in 2007. My premium has since almost doubled to over $1400 a year. I submitted a claim for a broken water pipe and the claim was denied. I was told by the agent that this was all I needed and id be fully covered. If you value a good agent and customer service, don't use The Daven Agency

This is a great insurance agency. They do all they can to help you and get you the best insurance rate.
