The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I started my policy back in February 2024. The four times my policy renewed, my premiums went up. Now, I’m not ashamed of my age, I’m 55, clean record. My husband is 53, CDL, long haul truck driver, clean record. One of my car literally sits in the garage and I barely drive the other one, because I work from home. Every single time I called the office the women didn’t know what they’re doing or talking about. They can’t answer any questions without a “Uum” Every time I would make an appointment with Dave he would cancel last minute. These appointments were to discuss why my premiums kept going up. I moved here from Las Vegas, where the population is well over 2.5 million people. Living there premiums are ridiculously high and being in Dave’

Great office, great staff. I was looking for a better rate on a multi-vehicle policy. I spoke with a lady in the front office who went above and beyond to fit the policy within my budget. Most everything was handled over the phone. I stopped by the office to sign the paperwork. I was met with a smile by Devon and offered a cup of coffee as I walked in. Felt like I was doing business with friends and not a corporate company. Great staff, welcoming environment and good core values.

We recently had our insurance premiums go up with a different company, and after many years with them (they were wonderful) decided to shop around. I called and easily got appointment with State Farm and met with Devon Church to get quotes on all of our needs. She was so helpful, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and gave me such good quotes for everything! We now have all of our policies with them and are so happy! Saved a ton of $$!

The office lady displayed attitude after multiple conversations between my husband and I, during which they seemed indifferent to assisting us in communicating with corporate regarding our roof, which had moss on it, according to the pictures they took. However, after my husband, a local construction business owner, inspected the roof, he determined that removal of the moss would compromise the roof's integrity but proceeded to put moss killer on it . We therefore decided to install a new roof this summer. Subsequently, we contacted corporate directly, and they handled the matter efficiently, reviewing the photos and finding no issue initially. Our insurance claim was reinstated, and we switched agents to who was also very helpful in this process but I wouldn’t recommend this office to an

Thank you, Devon, these five stars are for you!!! My folks RV broke down in Nevada on their way home from Arizona. They were towed twice due to a mobile mechanic that only scams people rather than repairing vehicles. By the time my folks arrived home the mechanic had fraudulently charged their credit cards almost $30,000. Why do I add this to the State Farm review? Because when we went in to talk about their tow bills my mother and I were high stressed and often not easy to talk too. I have yet to meet Dave, but Devon was the BEST! (Spelling on her name?) Devon printed off invoices (more than once) for us that this mobile mechanic sent to State Farm. They were the first invoices we had seen (scam shop!). Devon did a lot of research for us and stayed very calm in a not so calm experience
