I work with Bonnie and she is awesome. Super knowledgable, always gives me valuable insight when I have questions, and explains things to me when I don't understand. Also have an extremely competitive rate. Would rate 6/5 if I could.

Been a customer there for over 20 years. Registered a commercial vehicle and all of a sudden all my bills became paperless. I don’t have a computer wasn’t receiving bills.called there a few times and had to call the main company. Finally got bills a $10 late fee, after complaining about not getting bills, all I got was I’m so sorry,not let me see what I could do to waive that for you. I have six insurance policies with these people never once. Does anybody review and say maybe we could bundle these things and save you some money. Seems like every week I get a red and white State Farm envelope where I owe something. Not happy will be looking to move on as these policies expire.
