Just spoke to Garrett because when looking at my policy discounts I did not have a Vehicle Safety Discount nor an accident free discount. I haven’t had a car accident in 10 years. I have had State Farm insurance for over 3 years. Garrett tried to claim that I am not able to transfer a State Farm policy from Colorado to West Virginia. That it has to be an entirely new policy and as a result that is why I lost the discount. I find this to be incredibly deceptive. Part of me wonders if he had me start a new policy when I moved out here and cancel my original policy so he gets a higher commission. His rudeness and lack of customer service is unacceptable. His opinion that because my auto rates are cheaper in West Virginia than they were in Colorado I should just be grateful even though I lost
