I worked with Chase Stevens, to register my first ever StateFarm account to set up my renters insurance policy. The rate I received from the online quote system was great and Chase managed to tie everything I needed and more together. I appreciate his patience with all my questions, and he did a phenomenal job making everything make sense! He was persistent in his follow-up, and extended his availability long after his “hours of operation” to ensure I had every box of mines checked off! I appreciate the diligence of his efforts, his transparency, and most importantly his communication and interpersonal skills! I could see extending my relationship with StateFarm beyond JUST renters insurance as I acquire more assets! Thank you for all your hard work Chase!!

My husband and I were previously with another company paying outrageous amounts of money each month for coverage. Upon reaching out to State Farm, I was assigned with Chase. I am slower to catch on to certain things like this (because it isn't my field of study) and as annoying as I was, Chase was still there breaking everything down for me. Not once did he make it seem like I was a problem. This is very important when making decisions (great customer service). He found the best rate for us. We currently have auto and renters. Another option we haven't added is Life Insurance (they offer this but we haven't decided what to do yet). I highly recommend this office for coverage!

I recently switched back to State Farm with Dave Grant after having been with USAA for a few years. They reached out to me to offer an updated quote. This actually came right on time as USAA had recently quoted me 960 to insure two vehicle and I don’t have a history of accidents or tickets. Dave was able to insure both vehicles AND include renters insurance for about 1/3 of what I would have paid for auto insurance alone. I’ll never leave again.
