Mary went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options. Answered every question with kindness, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to highlight that this level of service isn't unique to just one person. Every employee at David Carbaugh's State Farm office is exceptional--including David himself.

The most positive & friendly office I've ever been in! Everyone greeted & welcomed me like an old friend. Austin, my agent, was simply great: professional, knowledgeable, comfortable, friendly, conversational, fun! Just all around neat person. Plus my insurance premiums are $75/mo less than old insurance! 😉😁

Great service. Austin was willing to work with me and answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I was hesitant to make some final decisions because I didn’t quite understand some of the numbers and terminology. He reassured me and made sure I understood what I was signing up for. I am very happy with my decision to switch insurance companies.
