I was already going to leave Daryl Jolma's office a 5-star review after my experience filing an auto claim with them - complimenting the ease of communication with their uber-friendly team, as well as the fact that they literally got everything processed and sent over to AFC's body shop to begin the work for me without me even needing to return a phone call - but then I got home last night and checked my mail. Inside the mailbox I found a hand-signed birthday card addressed to myself from Daryl's office. I walked into the State Farm office and was greeted immediately by the office staff. Jenny was very welcoming, with a smile, and sat down with me as I explained to her what I was looking for. She scheduled an appointment for the next day. My experience working with Drew in the Ashland, WI office was exceptional. He reviewed my current policy and together we went through what State Farm could me. Drew answered all of my questions professionally and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the insurance process. Insurance is difficult for me to understand and he patiently explained everything to me and offered his help if I have further questions in the future. My experience with State Farm was great, and a big reason for that was the receptionist, Bria. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. She answered my questions clearly, made sure I was directed to the right person, and helped everything run smoothly. She has a great attitude and really makes the office feel welcoming. State Farm is lucky to have her at the front desk!
