I bought a newer car and was told by the dealer that I had to make sure I had full coverage when I drove off the lot. I only had liability on my old car so that made sense. I called the office ASAP and Jill took great care of me! Thank you I have had State Farm for over 30 yrs.

Not super happy with the handling of a claim. For the price people pay for insurance I expect more from the claims department and their investigation. Insurance companies only going off of “he said, she said” really isn’t expectable with also having misinformation on my claim as far as location, times, and even a date. Their in network shop has been less than pleasing, little to no communication about repairs.

Have been using Darryl Jones for our insurance needs and his office is very thorough and professional. Jacob is always on hand to answer any questions and provide assistance quickly. Highly recommend this office.
