There was a catastrophic storm in Bangor and I had major water damage in the backyard half of my attic... related to the primary direction of the wind. My 2 year old roof had the shingles lifted up from microbursts of wind, forcing the perpendicular rain into my house. No-one got up onto the main part of my roof and I happened to climb the ladder their engineer put to my garage roof and noticed the shingles were very loose. He actually said the water damage was because one bathroom wasn’t totally ventilated out of the attic. I had puddles of water on my attic floor 20’ away from the dryer vent of that bathroom fan. My house and garage roof continue to leak water into the 2 attic spaces and ceilings. I have called several times and received no call backs about needing a new roof.

All points insurance is a very professional company with a home town touch that makes you feel very comfortable. They are very caring and it shows.
