Darla Fausey - State Farm Insurance Agent

I really appreciate the help from the Agent Darla Fausey. Answered all my questions and spoke to me in words I could understand. Most insurance companies I deal with it's all automated and robots, so I love having nice people that can walk me through the right steps to take and coverages to select. I would give this office 10 stars if it allowed me too. Thank you so much Darla and your whole office!!! Also, I didn't know they offered life insurance and supplemental Health policies at State Farm. Again, so glad I was able to speak with experienced insurance professionals.

Edit: new agency explained everything to me perfectly. My wife's car IS paid off, despite this agency telling me I still had to pay $145/mo going forward. Now I don't mind paying the remaining $58 this month. So long as I know all that previous money paid went to good use. Bill credit, paying off a car in full, whatever. But now my new monthly should be $112/mo. Fine. While everyone is very nice and cordial, I feel like we're getting ripped off somehow. Was told our monthly auto bill was going to be $145/mo. They/State Farm messed up and did not originally put both cars on the payment plan, so one was on a payment plan and the other was not. I called the agency and was under the impression things were going to get fixed. Then when I started getting emails saying to pay 2 different amount

Wow! Huge difference from klebon on Shamokin street.. No one has to deal with nasty Elaine or uppity Dot at Greg klebons office..Darla is down to earth like the rest of us! So happy I switched. She treated me fair and most importantly like a human being with kindness and respect.

Darla and her staff are so pleasant to work with. They always look out for the best interest of their clients and I recommend Darla to everyone because she is truly an insurance agent you can trust and rely on working hard for you!

Been a customer for years! I used to shop every 6mo but I stopped a while ago, just cant beat the offers I get here. Darla and staff are awesome, professional about everything, yet super friendly and down to earth.
