Danny Schanne - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was struggling with my car insurance and wanted to give State Farm a chance and I got such a great deal and most importantly agent, her name was Maria and she broke down everything perfectly! Needed to give her a shoutout because she made everything so easy and clear nothing like Nation wide who was just stealing my money!!!

I came into the Danny Schanne - State Farm Insurance Office today. I spoke with a lovely young lady who was very eager to help me with my questions. Shelby is her name. She was more than willing to help me set up my phone with my information for State Farm Auto Insurance. She spent the better part of an hour setting up my account! She is very efficient and patient. I really felt at ease with her setting up my account online! Shelby is very knowledgeable and confident at her job! I will refer Shelby and this well run office to my friends.

We would like to thank Shelby for processing our insurance information over the phone for our vehicle. She made the process easy and less stressful. Also we wish to thank Shelby for printing out the insurance cards. She provided valuable customer service that is often hard to find.
