Had to call Mrs Jerrie this morning because our daughter had an unfortunate car accident. She was so patient and helpful in every way! I now remember why I love doing business with local agents who care. I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have such a great insurance company that actually wants to help you when you need them. Thanks so much, in my opinion, y'all are truly the best in the business!

Timber got business handled fast and professional this morning! I didn’t have to jump through hoops or press a million buttons on the phone to get to her. I look forward to continuing all of my Insurance needs at this office with her. Highly recommend!

Jerrie Nell is one of the best customer service reps . We have been with State Farm for 30 something years . She has always been very helpful and very knowledgeable. She knows all the ins and outs of the insurance business. We will be lost if she ever retires . Thank you very much for all the years of serving us ❤️

Jerrie and the rest of the office was a huge help. She reached out everyday to make sure that the people I was suppose to be in contact with were staying in contact with me. And if they weren't, she would call and leave them messages everyday until they did. Really appreciate their office staying on top of my case!
