Daniel True American Family Insurance

American Family Insurance is an insurance company I would NEVER recommend! They do not want to negotiate with auto body shops. They act like they will, and then literally negotiate $1/hr and call it "meeting halfway." When asking for diminished value from a full liability accident via their client, they mailed me a $31 check that made our auto body shop laugh. When having difficulty getting them to pay for the damage to my car, they stated they've had issues with auto body shops and negotiating, in the past. They seem to act like they're on your side until the bill comes and they want to pay as little as possible. They do not calculate diminished value fairly/standardly. The claim adjustor they assign you to, does very little. He did not call me to tell me any status of where we were at in
