Daniel Mora: Allstate Insurance

I have had All State since I moved to Florida over 20 years ago and have never had a problem with my claims. I have now added my vehicle to All State and am very happy with the service and monthly payments I have. So far I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

The customer service needs improvement. I requested a quote, they didn’t call me as promised, and the next day the person helping me didn’t answer, passing me to someone else. Very unprofessional

During October’2023, I went to the office of Daniel Mora, Allstate Insurance Agent, for an Auto and Property quote. The personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. The Office Mgr was extremely detailed, communicated effectively, explained various coverage options, and utilized great follow up skills. In addition, the agent responded to my initial inquiry regarding auto/property coverage, provided sound information regarding Allstate’s brand, and the agents office location was convenient / close to get to.
