Worst agency ever!!! They don’t know what they are doing. After paying my policy for my two cars in full, (from my bank account; since the do not accept cc payments) get my cards, sign the Docu Sign and thinking everything was fine… They started sending more docusigns saying I haven’t. I know I did! They ended charging $410 to my bank account without my consent; when I clearly said it was a one time use when I paid in full my policy. I had to end up canceling and finding another agency. This people are thieves! Stay away!

I appreciated the call when my renewal came up and prices were up. The fact prices go up is never a fun message, but the heads up made all the difference. I do not like the whole circus every 6 months with renewals and as a customer for a while without claiming anything I would expect more discounts

Love this insurance company ‼️. My agent made great suggestions and when I had someone vandalize my car the adjusters were fantastic‼️

I have to say that my experience with this agency has been subpar at best. They don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to emails. I had a simple request to have the loss payee changed on my auto policy and they were unable to complete this - thank goodness I use a separate agency for my homeowners ins. and they were able to do it for me.

This all state company is a rip off.. 1st they quote you with a payment that you agree to.. then without you knowing they raise your payment A MONTH LATER WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT ! Then when you ask them to readjust the payment that you originally signed up for they canceled the whole policy outright without alerting the customer.. DONT GET SCAMMED BY DANIEL and his crooked agent ALEJANDRO !! WHO PRACTICE IN MISLEADING INFORMATION AND RIPPING OFF CONSUMERS!!
