Daniel Martin - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have an auto insurance policy with them and reached out to get information after an accident where it was looking like my car may be a financial total loss. However (and I didn’t know this till I found this out through talking to whoever I was speaking with on the phone) if you are dealing with someone else’s insurance, in this case the party at fault’s insurance, not State Farm, that they are legally unable to provide any advice. The representative I spoke with was professional, strictly so, informing me of their legal position. I tried to ask a question or two that I thought was more general insurance related about some of the insurance terms I had been given, but they repeated their legal inability to provide any advice. All I could do was thank them for their time. I feel silly e

I do not have insurance through them but they continue to call my work cell phone number asking for individuals that do not own the number. I have asked in the past to remove the number, but just today when I called the office, I received an attitude and was hung up on. My boss is not pleased by the outcome, and is not pleased that they wont stop calling. Legally it is harassment when you tell them to stop but they wont.

With understanding and patience, Kim has been my life saver from saving tons of money each month for my family to finding my daughter the best and reasonable insurance for her SUV! I've been with State Farm for 30yrs in Baltimore. Since I live on the shore now, I switched all my policies to the local agent. You would think the agent who is receiving a commission on my policy would call to thank me, welcome me, and offer his professional service if I have issues. WRONG! Yes, they called to have me come in to sit down and talk, but what is there to talk about when I've been covered for 30yrs with State Farm. Ok, then call me so we can talk on the phone knowing Im not coming in....NO that did not happen. So now I transfer another policy to their office, and its all wrong. The policy went from $400 to $700 because of the transfer. Should have raised red flags, but instead they send me mail........ sign here for a $700. This business practice has caused me to switch

They definitely get the job done and clearly know what there talking about compared to other State Farm’s and will explain whatever you don’t understand and will try an fix whatever is wrong versus just changing ur bill w no explanation or denying you life insurance an don’t tell you why….Daniels team is on their GAME TEAM MARTIN 😎
