We have had our car and homeowners insurance with Dawn Neiswender since we moved to Easley 2 years ago. Dawn is always so knowledgeable and helpful with our insurance coverage and questions. When a drunk driver ran his SUV into our home Dawn was one of the first calls I made! I had never had a claim before and was clueless what to do and so afraid it was going to take forever for my claim to be handled. Dawn explained the claims process to me and really helped put me at ease. She was compassionate and wonderful in helping me with setting up my claim. State Farm recommended a few contractors in the area which was great since we are fairly new to the area. The contractor I chose was amazing! State Farm sent me a check quickly so that I was able to get the repairs started. I am absolute

If I need to find out about anything, I can call to make an appointment or just stop by the office. I have auto, life and homeowners insurance with State Farm “Daniel Crosby “ Agency. Everyone is willing to help you. I love being able to stop by. Plus I don’t have to be on the phone with someone I don’t know. Or an automated service that can’t connect you to the right department. Tommy did a fantastic job as always! Bought a boat late on Friday afternoon and with just a few questions he had it insured and billing set up in less than an hour! I have multiple accounts with him and this kind of service is why I don’t even shop around, superior customer service and great prices!

I changed all of my insurance over to State Farm and Joan was my agent. She was amazing and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Her customer service skills were excellent as was her knowledge of the policies I requested. She was patient and kind and I left the office feeling as if I would be taken great care of. Also, Julie was very kind and helpful and is always pleasant every time I have contact with her. I would highly recommend the Daniel Crosby State Farm Agency to anyone. Great experience!!!

I continue to be astounded and impressed with the customer service provided by the wonderful people that work at this particular State Farm office. They always go above and beyond and I love how personal they are and really seem to care. They’re not only knowledgeable and helpful they also have wonderful personalities! Such a pleasure to have such awesome service! Especially Michelle and Joan, these ladies are just the best! Kudos to the Daniel Crosby branch!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!
