Dan Farmer - State Farm Insurance Agent

Dan Farmer's office was so incredibly difficult to do business with. I had to chase them down to get a get a quote. I had to badger them to start the policy. I needed to ask multiple people multiple times how to get it onto autopay. When I needed to shift to a different type of policy, they started the process and then partway through they ghosted me. I just couldn't get a response from his team. It has been the most bizarre experience. All I was trying to do was create/modify a policy and then give them money for it. I can't imagine having to actually file a claim and get them to act on my behalf. Two stars because when I did actually catch people on the phone, they were very pleasant.

This office served my parents for many years. They were very happy with the service from this office. Dan and Richard are both responsive and were more than helpful to my parents, and to me. However, over a year after my Dad's passing, I am STILL receiving postcards trying to renew his medical policy. I have presented a death certificate in person, called, written notes, returned postcards and cannot seem to get the administrative staff to understand he is gone. Please stop.

It was a comedy of errors. Everything from wrong addresses, no communication to sending wrong car info over and over. Finally had to make a call to corporate office to get things right. I like StateFarm but this office should take better care of a customer.

Went in to update my insurance policy. Agent was very informative and made the process quick and easy. Thanks Dan!
