Dan Eisenhooth - State Farm Insurance Agent

Better coverage, highly responsive and a joy to work with. My Dad was in the insurance industry for decades and I had a chance to meet a lot of people. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with and a solid insurance company that I can have confidence will treat us right in the event of a claim.

I've had State Farm for years, but switched agents a bit ago due to being unsatisfied with the current agent. Mindy and Dan are both great to work with and are friendly. If I have a question or want to lower pricing, etc. he finds a way. Super happy with the customer service and my policy.

Switched to Dan from another State Farm agent. What a difference. Dan is responsive, fully answers any questions I have and is easy to work with. He always follows up whenever I've needed to speak with him. Not only that, but he reviewed my coverage and made a few changes that saved me some money without sacrificing coverage. If you are looking for great customer service, then Dan is your man.

I was with Dan for years, and never had a problem, until i did. I need homeowners insurance, to which he supplied a quote with no problem. I called around 1/3 to go ahead with that, to which i was told it would be done that day. It wasn't, and it wasn't done the next day either, and closing on my house was coming up on 1/05. I switched companies (and saved $500/year on my car insurance, and $150/year on my homeowners!) then called back on 1/06 to cancel ALL of my policies. As of 1/20 my car insurance was STILL not cancelled, and corporate didn't have any record, besides the renters, being cancelled. When i called him to cancel, he didn't apologize about how long he took on my homeowners policy, didn't ask what could be done to keep my business, all around it felt like he truly did not car

I’ve been with this company for over 10+ years. Never so much as a discount. They are usually very polite and have great customer service. They canceled my insurance. Had tons of issues after that to get it reinstated. This issue should of been cleared up within hours and now it’s been almost a week. Not happy at all.
