Wow, where to even begin with the service I received from Mr. Dan? Mr. Dan is genuine, straight forward, honest, professional and knows how to put you at ease when you're in a tough situation. He was patient enough to take the time to explain to me from A-Z all the different scenarios I could be in, and went out of his way to help me sort out my mess. Working with him has been a pleasure from the get go. I would highly recommend him. Overall Mr. Dan and his associates have been providing exceptional customer service, education and advisory on existing policies, changes I wanted to make and topics I was unaware of. They also have agents who speak Spanish and Vietnamese.

I absolutely LOVE Van Duong State Farm. I have done business with them since 2005 and it is solely because of Dan Van Duong. He has always made himself available to speak with me no matter what the date or time was. I have even had Facebook calls from him so he could thoroughly answer my questions and be sure that I understand. There have been a couple of times that money was tight and I have had to go with another company, however; rates tend to fluctuate and I ALWAYS go back home to Van Duong State Farm. I’m sure other State Farm branches are nice but Dan has become a part of our family and always will be.
