I've always had a great experience with this State Farm office. The team there is always friendly, professional, and very quick to answer any questions I have. They take the time to explain coverage, all my options, and I never feel rushed through. Excellent customer service all around--highly recommend! Devonna and Melissa are both amazing! With Devonna being my insurance agent, every time I ever have a question, she is always quick to respond with exactly the information I am asking for! There was also a time I was rear ended by a car when I was not the driver at fault and Devonna was the first person to offer assistance and make sure I was not at fault for the collision. Melissa has always been very kind when I’ve been in the office too! Truly a great office with a very kind and supportive staff!
