Report any problems to All -State directly. Especially if you change insurance companies and they keep charging you like they did me. Out of retaliation for confronting them with their own lies.

Your company is the worst. I tried to use your lock out service which I was paying for and was denied. Subsequently, I had to spend the night sitting in the stairwell at my apartment after work. I am an elderly person on disability. I couldn't take my medication and had to miss a day of work as a result. It also cost me eighty dollars to get an apartment key from the office to get into my apartment the next day. I was not reimbursed. I won't be recommending your company to anyone.

Great service and excellent support,only one setback; I had not yet received my policy cards. But was issued one immediately upon request. Never the less, I am still lacking my cards;for my Ford F150 (2000) and for my, Motorcycle “1100 Yamaha”

I've had a terrible experience so far with the Allstate claims department after the recent hail storms. I'm debating whether I should switch to a new insurance company when I find the time in my schedule to shop around.
