Dan Albert - State Farm Insurance Agent

WATCH OUT! Dan won't call you when you need help with a claim. He uses his receptionist as a message board so he doesnt have to call you and actually help you. Then he ditches you when you need him most...when have a claim State Farm wont pay. Sherry retired and Dan doesnt care about Sherrys clients, but he likes my money and 7 policies every month. Say goodbye to my money Dan Albert. You were a let down. Sherry would have never treated me with this ignorance. I will be filing a bad faith complaint through the department of insurance.

Dan and team are the absolute best. Superb customer service, friendly, thoughtful, and really took the time to understand our needs and ensure we were getting the most value for our money. We use them for all of our insurance, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I have been with state farm for over a year now... great savings, especially with teen drivers... had a mix up when I first joined, made the mistake of calling the 1800 number. I turned to Dan and Sherry immediately after and they got done what was needed fast, efficient and very professional. I'm a proud member of state farm... great office!!

Dan Albert and the whole team have been nothing but helpful! Saved me over $100 a month in auto insurance and remembered that was looking for a new house and reached out to help with home owners insurance without being asked such great customer service. I deal with insurance agents everyday at work and NO ONE in the area cares more about you then Dan and his Team. Highly recommend.

Dan Alberts "crew" has done a great job! They lowered my rates with out even asking! They keep up on the needs of the customers as far as I am concerned. AND when the "old lady" can't find her insurance card, with one call they relay the information to whoever needs it right away. No worries with them working for me!
