I have been a customer with Dale’s office for 16 years. Everyone in the office is so responsive. Informative and friendly. A situation happened with my son’s car and Raina and Dale helped me through the whole process. They made a very tense situation more manageable. This is why I will not switch insurance companies because you can’t find insurance agents that treat you as family and not dollar signs.

I’ve been with State Farm for about 20 years with most them being with Dale’s group in Walkersville. Never had a bad experience and have been taking care of well. Clay has been very helpful with my insurance needs and recently helped me get last minute vehicle coverage over the weekend.

With the changes I have made over the years with new cars, adding coverages and helping some family members sign up with Dale, I am more than satisfied with the team.
